2 Week Online Mini-Course For Courageous White Equity Leaders: Starting June 7th, 2018

I believe it's my responsibility, as a cisgendered white woman, to engage in critical reflection and intentional action as an equity leader.

If you share that experience, I invite you to join me on a 2-Week Journey...

In this online mini-course we'll explore what it means to show solidarity, we'll learn about White Spaces + White Fragility, we'll uncover blindspots, and we'll identify how to take intentional, inclusive leadership action.

 Here's the thing:

Uncovering our blindspots and improving our emotional intelligence isn't easy.

Being an anti-racist activist is not an intellectual exercise. It requires critical reflection.

And intentional work.

I don't claim to have it all figured out by any means, but I have been fortunate to have brilliant mentors and and support systems. AND, I have found, over the years, that there are some promising practices.

So I designed a 2 week mini-workshop that I wish I had had 10 years ago. It's for leaders who want to both learn the latest research AND practice strategies for strengthening new habits/skills so they can be the best version of themselves, showing up in solidarity with self-awareness.

In this program you will:

Learn latest research and add tools to your toolkit

Identify a blindspot / focus-area to strengthen and improve

Practice & share in a community of consistent support

Here's what you WON'T experience:

*A quick-fix or silver-bullet (your context is unique)

*Techniques that take a long time to apply

*Generalizations or hypotheticals

How does that sound?

Each week, you will get:

* A weekly workbook

* Support on a group coaching call

* Access to a Private Facebook group for support and resource-sharing

The course starts June 7th now.

Thursday, June 7th, at 3:00 PST / 5:00 CST / 6:00 EST

Thursday, June 14th, at 3:00 PST / 5:00 CST / 6:00 EST

Note: if you want to join but have a scheduling conflict, no worries. This is a go-at-your-own-pace course, and all group call replays will be made available.

This investment is $147

So you know, solidarity is at the core of my work, and a portion of all proceeds are donated to the Austin Black Lives Matter community & Austin Justice Coalition.

*Note* I always hold two "pay-what-you-can" scholarship/sponsorship spots, specifically for people who are committed to this work, but are very low on expendable resources. Those who hold marginalized identities (who identify as disabled, indigenous, low-income, LGBTQIA+, etc.) will be prioritized. If you're interested in this option, email me at spark@rachelvrosen.com with "SPARK Minicourse Scholarship" in the subject line.
