Have you been working so hard lately, maybe you feel you are burning the candle at both ends?
Maybe you have felt tension or anxiety in a conversation about what’s going on in the world (politics, racism, homophobia, sexism) and are not quite sure how to respond to someone you care about.
Perhaps you care deeply about social justice and building an inclusive culture, and you need time to reflect on your own authentic message and impact...
Or, you know you have biases and blindspots, but have you had a chance to reflect on how they impact your leadership and people in your community?
If any/all of those questions resonated, you’re in the right place!
After years of learning, coaching, and facilitating experiences on leadership development, organizational development, and racial equity (and creating SPARK For Humanity), I'm offering a one-of-its-kind, 8 week opportunity, starting on September 25th.
Before I go on, I'd like to share this:
I believe that all leaders have the capacity to catalyze and sustain positive change. And, leading during these intense times requires a particular type of mindset, approach, and support.
In this leadership program, I'll share my unique approach, which melds Adaptive Leadership practices and neuroscience while applying a inclusion/racial equity lens.
The leaders I support care about being in alignment with their values, including and honoring all voices (prepared with plans, priorities, and agendas) AND communicating with intentionality and cultural consciousness. If that sounds like you, keep reading...
💭 Now, imagine for a minute...
👉🏽 Your team is significantly more productive because relational trust is strong
👉🏽 Your leadership philosophy (with your vision, values, and mission) is crystal clear
👉🏽 Your team sees you as a self-aware, humble, confident, caring, leader with conviction
👉🏽 You have higher emotional and social intelligence and have coping skills for communication-break-downs
👉🏽 You’re able to diagnose where your team is at in their development and respond accordingly
👉🏽 You are aware of your blind-spots so you strengthen relationships and bonds with your diverse team
👉🏽 Your values are felt in the way you communicate authentically
👉🏽 You have big goals and priorities outlined but are also adaptive and ready to make adjustments

This program offers a neurobiological approach to inclusive leadership, making the invisible visible.
The core content allows us to flex different lenses, shift mindsets that limit us, be more productive, and act intentionally.
BY THE END OF THE 8 WEEKS YOU'LL HAVE YOUR...
We’ll have weekly group coaching calls and weekly workbooks; however, the course is designed for you to work/engage/lead at your own pace...so if time commitments are an issue, don’t worry--you’ll have unlimited access to the replays and video modules.
I'm offering this beta course at a significantly lower rate, because I want it to be accessible to a larger group of high caliber leaders for this first round. It will never be offered at this low of a rate again!
The individuals in the program will make the experience extraordinary...so we're only accepting influencers who are serious about taking their leadership and team to the next level and who are committed to their learning, growth, and development.
Want to hear from some of the leaders from Cohort 1? Read below this photo to hear about their experience:
“The program really put perspective on leadership and diversity. The biggest shift for me was the S.P.A.R.K. acronym - it helps me keep on target with my leadership focus. I've used it in the past, but not nearly as forefront as it was during the program.” . "In the program, my 2017 priorities & intentions shifted. I had to step up to be a leader and TAKE ACTION." . “The best part was the influence and connecting the people who I had a chance to connect with on and off the planned calls." . "The program confirmed the path of leadership I want to take.” . "So much intentionality was used in every part of the program, and I became a better leader because of it."
BONUS: If you sign up before September 10th at midnight, I'm including a 45 complimentary coaching strategy call!
Are the learning modules self-guided? Yes. Each Monday, a video/workbook will be sent out via email for that week's learning module. Our Members-Only Facebook Group is a virtual learning space for daily communication and support from Rachel as needed.
What day/time of the week are the weekly calls facilitated? We will have a 90 minute group coaching call for folks to share updates/dilemmas/questions/etc. every Thursday. The cohort will get to rank their preferences for the time (8am, 12pm, or 5pm), and recordings/replays will always be made available the following day. Rachel will also hold virtual Office Hours on Monday evenings for anyone who missed a group call or need additonal support.
S.P.A.R.K. Big Shifts & IGNITE Transformation In Your Leadership.
Deadline to apply is Friday night at midnight
* I'm holding a few "pay-what-you-can" scholarship/sponsorship spots, specifically for people who are committed to this work, but are low on expendable resources. Those who hold marginalized identities (POC, disabled, indigenous, low-income, LGBTQIA+, etc.) will be prioritized. If you're interested in this option, email me at email@example.com with "SPARK Scholarship" in the subject line.
